Using these skills, I was able to grow the company I founded, Real Soft, Inc to a $40 million dollar company. Real Soft, Inc boasts SEI CMM® Level 4 certified Off-Shore Facilities located in Bangalore, India.

Before founding Real Soft, Inc in 1991 I successfully owned and ran retail Healthcare medical offices and also serves as director to several leading software development and consultancy firms. From 1987 to 1997, I held positions with major financial and telecommunication institutions including AT&T, Lehman Brothers, Paine Webber, and Citibank –Qurton, focusing on the technological developments.
