Rajan Sharma is an attorney with over twenty years of legal experience who currently practices at Sharma Law Office in Winnipeg, Canada. Rajan earned his law degree from Punjabi University in 1992.

Following the earning of his law degree, Rajan practiced law in the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Council Chandigarh from 1992 until he immigrated to Canada in 1999. Rajan served as a sole proprietor during his legal career in India.

As a sole proprietor in India, Rajan appeared in various judicial courts to represent a range of clients at trials and hearings. Rajan drafted contracts, agreements and legal opinions for individual and business clients, and conducted mediation hearings and settlement options for clients and opposing parties. Following the successful completion of these exams, Rajan was called to Bar in Manitoba as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2008.

After being called to Bar, Rajan formed Sharma Law Office in January 2009. Rajan continues to serve as a Barrister and Solicitor and Notary Public at Sharma Law Office to this day.
