Rajeshpal Randhawa

Welcome to my personal Bio page.

Since 1991, after completing my Diploma, I started as a junior lecturer in a local institute in Klang. I started tutoring IT subjects, specialising in programming. I then developed and assisted in a course entitled PC Maintenance & Troubleshooting which was targeted at individuals to acquire the knowledge of basic PC repairing & upgrading.

In 1997, after obtaining my B.Sc., I moved on to a larger education institute, Sepang Institute of Technology (SIT) as a freelance lecturer, specialising in IT & Management related subjects. In SIT, I lectured undergraduate level students in various UK & Australian programmes such as IAM, ABE, ICSA, CIMA & ACCA. I was also lecturing the year-1 of USQ & USA programmes.

While freelancing in SIT, I also lectured at various other colleges in the Klang Valley.

In 2001, obtaining a full-time position in Kolej ALC, I assisted them in academic as well as marketing. Some of my duties were to develop new short-term courses as well as marketing & recruitment.

In 2008, after completing my MBA, I was appointed as the Business Development Manager with Open Learning Education Klang (OLEC). Here, I was responsible for developing new courses, liaising with local & foreign institutions for partnership and appointing centres to conduct our courses.
