Wire Mesh:

Our Wire mesh is manufactured from the finest quality stainless steel wires using fully automatic weaving looms. We weave various types of wire meshes as per the ASTM weaving standards.

Our wire meshes are of the topmost quality with a 100% guarantee of uniformity across the entire roll. We assure our customer of perfect mesh weaving, wire gauge, mesh count, and material grade.

Extruder Screen:

The Extruder screens are punched out from wire mesh rolls. They are produced in various shapes and sizes as per the specifications of the customer.

Extruder screens are consumable items used with the breaker plate to separate infiltrates out of the molten plastic.

Areas of Application: Plastic reprocess granules, Masterbatch, Blown Film, PET sheet, FIBC Bulk Bag, plastic additives and compounds.

Spin Pack Filters:

Spin Pack Filters are a bunch of Multi-layered wire mesh screens bounded by a metal rim to avoid leakage from the spinneret border. We produce spin pack filters as per the precise specifications of our customer.

Area of Application: Polyester yarn, Polyester Staple fibre, Nylon yarn, Acrylic yarn.

Polymer Candle Filter:

Polymer Candle Filter also known as Continuous Polymer Filter is used to filter polymer melt at high pressure and temperature .The filter makes sure that the melt is free from the gel lumps and oversize contamination.

The polymer candle filter has a large surface area which helps to hold more foreign particles without choking the filters, resulting in high performance of the filter.
