Raj Ivaturi

As the leader of Deloitte’s community involvement program, Raj Ivaturi helps the organization engage with non-profits and communities. He drives Deloitte’s CSR mission in the community through strategic partnerships, and signature programs, through a sustainable engagement model. He grew the community involvement program from ground up, which runs on twin core themes of building sustainability for nonprofits and ensuring employability for future generations.
IMPACT Day, Deloitte annual day of service (that celebrated its tenth anniversary this year) on which every single professional of the organization participates, has received national accolades in India, with a standing record in the Limca book of records for the last several years under his leadership. He has helped launch several signature program like Deloitte Center for Leadership and Community, United Way Employee Giving Campaign, etc. which have evolved into robust employee engagement programs.
An architect by education, Raj has over thirteen years of experience spanning various fields including corporate responsibility and sustainability, community investments, employee engagement, communications, design, event management and project management. He has been with Deloitte for over ten years now, has had held various positions in employee engagement, alumni relations, internal communications and knowledge management.
Prior to Deloitte U.S. Firms, Raj worked with an internet services provider, in their User Experience Group. With his blend of technical skills and CSR experience, Raj has a unique perspective on engaging people virtually and in the real world.
He strongly believes that strategic intervention at the mid school and high school level are critical to building self-aware and employable future generations. Raj serves on the CII’s national committee for school education, CII’s CSR panel for Andhra Pradesh and ITsAP CSR panel.
He lives in Hyderabad with his parents, wife and his two year old son Ishan.
