For more than a decade, I’ve been part of growing SELISE and growing with it, wearing many hats along the way - product, operations, delivery, and strategy. Along the way, I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) what it really takes to get things done.

In my role, I try to keep things simple and focused. I value clarity, ownership, and steady progress. I enjoy fixing what’s broken, building what’s missing, and removing the noise that slows teams down. The goal is to build systems that scale without losing the people or the culture behind them.

At the end of the day, it’s the mix of people, purpose, and product that keeps me motivated. When teams are aligned and take pride in what they’re doing, good things tend to happen. That’s the kind of environment I try to build and support.
