Some of Rajiv's work has included developing a patent strategy and patent portfolio for $500M plus product line for a computer peripheral manufacturer; re-structured patent strategy for 100-plus patent portfolio for computing device company that changed business focus; created patent strategy for patent portfolio of on-line auction company (portfolio sold); defended the Amazon One-Click patent; and successfully challenged numerous patents in litigation through parallel Patent Office reexamination / litigation proceedings.

In addition to developing strategies, Rajiv has authored a number of informative articles on patent strategy and portfolio development, management, and challenges which are also available upon request.

Recognized as a California Super Lawyer, Rajiv was an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law for almost 6 years. He continues to be a faculty member of Practising Law Institute. He is also an active member of the South Asian Bar Association and a Board Member of the University of New Hampshire, School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
