Raji Zaher

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Raji (R.J.) Zaher earned his master's degree in business and management. Professionally, he has extensive experience in the investment industry. As a senior partner at Zaher Investment, Inc., for many years, Raji (R.J.) Zaher oversaw a portfolio of domestic and international accounts, as well as directing the firm's corporate strategies.
At the beginning of 2019, he founded 5 PLY, LLC, where he serves as chief executive officer and chief compliance officer, guiding the firm in its strategic planning projects. The new company has also become known for its mask production. In response to the pandemic and US dependence on China for surgical masks, 5 PLY ramped up production to one million masks per week.
Alongside his career, Mr. Zaher has a passion for basketball. He spends a good deal of time coaching youth sports teams, both on the basketball court and on the soccer field, where he seeks to inspire young athletes to work hard.
