I would be described by colleagues and friends as very competitive, enterprising, assertive, aggressive, and Soft minded, determined and goal oriented. I display new and creative ways to attain my personal and work objectives. I see myself as being self-evaluative and sometimes critical of my own performance. Given an aim, objective or requirement, I would be able to develop my own plan, manage my time and focus my effort on a daily basis to reach my goals.

I would also be described as quite sociable, enthusiastic, cheerful, genial and outgoing. I enjoy personal relationships and interactions, and would make a good company representative in terms of customer satisfaction and personal and company public image.
