I am Rajneesh, currently working as Senior Software Engineer at Cleartrip. By profession and passion I'm a techie but I'm also a blogger and a cricket enthusiast. I love challenges and love to solve challenging problems. I love every bit of being an engineer, since it gives me the opportunity to learn, analyze, invent, solve and produce solutions for a wide range of problems.

I've spent the better part of two decades in grooming myself as a better professional. As I stand today as Senior Software Engineer at Cleartrip, I can say that I have reached a point which is the beginning of a vast and prosperous professional career.

Hailing from a small town in Bihar (India), I took the opportunity to study and work in Bangalore. This migration from one pole of india to other taught me various disciplines of practical life. This also brought me the challenges of language and communication, being from Hindi medium added salt in the wound. But with my determination and hard work, not only I conquered the problems of communication but also got back my confidence and winning ways. I obtained my B.E(Information Science) degree in 2012 from Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore (VTU).

I believe in the mantra of "Determination and Hard Work is the key for success".
