Rowen A. Johnson

Rowen A. Johnson, is a development consultant, providing technical writing services primarily to for profits and nonprofit organizations seeking to raise capital or mobilize resources.

Milestones

• Completed business documentation for projects valued at a combined JM$1.5 billion
• Conducted capacity building sessions for over 100 entrepreneurs
• Coordinated the registration of over 200 businesses
• Developed a network of business service providers, consultants, funders, government, and non-government organisations

Community Development

Rowen’s experience also encompasses community development, particularly in the field of education. He is a former coordinator at the ACRM Evening Institute, a social enterprise and community education programme providing evening classes to individuals seeking to pursue courses at the Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) level. He also serves as a member of the Education Commission for the United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (UCJCI).
