Ronnika Ann., Founder and President, has dedicated her life in helping others through inGENEus Public Relations & Co.

Ronnika Ann, is the leader and visionary of the company; she spearheads strategic campaigns and develops goals for each department. Her roles include delegating company objectives to each corresponding department, and managing corporate policy compliance as outlined by the company’s guidelines.

Growing up in Biloxi, Ms. with her Mother Angelia Grandberry, deceased Father Johnnie Grandberry and siblings Brittany, Rondale and John, Ronnika always stood out from the crowd. Highly active in high school and college, Ronnika has gained 7 plus years of experience in leadership, event planning, production, public relations and journalism. Her most recent attributes have come from her contributions to Rein Child PR Firm, Enchanted PR Agency, The Sun Herald Newspaper, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Mississippi’s Channel 23, ABC’s WAPT Channel 16 and Jackson State University’s Tiger TV. As a result of such vast experiences, she created, publishes and writes for the growing news source, inGENEus News.

inGENEus PR & Co LLC. is affiliated with Ronnika's growing corporation, R.A Squared Media. R.A Squared is also composed of inGENEus News, R.A. Book Collections and the growing non-profit Beauties of the Shores of inGENEus Gives. Because of all of her achievements, Ronnika was awarded the “Keys to the City” from her hometown, Biloxi, Ms. Ronnika A. Joyner Day is official celebrated on January 4th.

“I want to continuously promote and foster positive journalism wherever I go. Making everyone feel welcome in my presence, practice public understanding, and yet retain my strength and individuality are the key points in my mission. I will use my talents as a communicator to teach others and continue to grow my skills in the PR Industry. Practicing social skills to bring people closer together is a must. I will be inspired by the smallest of challenges and grow as an Entrepreneur. I will forever put my family first and live for God as I continue to thank him for my good fortunes in life."

Ronnika is finishing her Master’s in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications and Speech Communication from Jackson State University. She is a lady of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
