Armed with over Fifteen (15+) years of IT Consulting experience & over Twelve (12+) years of extensive experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment, Raj Patnaik has been a successful Business Leader responsible to drive organizations towards success & growth. He has over Seven (7+) Years of onsite experience in US, where he headed the Managed Services and T&M services divisions for companies he worked for. In his most current role as the Director, IND ODC he has been realizing a 33% Y-o-Y growth in top line for the assigned accounts in the current fiscal Year.

Raj holds a MBA in IT Marketing & HR from IIPM, New Delhi. He earned his Baccalaureate's Degree in Commerce from University of Sambalpur, Odisha. He is Certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Human Resources Management & Certified in Leadership in a Tough Economy by Microsoft Partner Network
