I fix Amazon accounts where the easy wins are already gone and the obvious answers have already failed.
For seven years I have run Amazon Ads and D2C growth across five markets: India, the US, the UK, the UAE and KSA. I have launched ASINs from scratch, scaled them, broken them, and rebuilt them. I have managed more than $5M in annual ad spend and run PPC and SEO on a $25M ARR Amazon USA account covering six brands.
What I care about is the math under the account, not the dashboard on top of it. TACoS, CM1 and CM2 tell you where the money actually leaks - and most accounts leak in places the standard reports never show you. On two ASIN relaunches I pulled TACoS from about 70 percent to 25 percent by the second month. On another account I cut the campaign structure from 7,200 campaigns down to 600, because an account you cannot read is an account you cannot fix.
I do not guess what is broken. I diagnose it, prove it, then fix it.
