Raj Rana

Geneva, Switzerland

As the Owner/Director of the WolfGroup Consultants Raj brings 17 years of international experience with over 120 projects in 40 countries. He spent much of his career working in the non-profit sector only to realise that a meaningful organisational commitment to Sustainability eats philanthropy for breakfast.

Graduated as an architect he then made the obvious next steps into a short military career including service as a UN peacekeeper, then as a humanitarian worker in war zones with the Red Cross and subsequently setting up his own consulting firm. His career has been international, trying to understand the solutions that link the global to the local- and vice versa.

Raj is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF, IAF), a practitioner of Social Return on Investment (SROI), a Certified Sustainability CSR Practitioner (CSR-P, IEMA) and a Certified GRI G4 Reporter.

Raj was born and raised in Canada and has been based in the Geneva region since 2003. Passionate about all things related to mountains, he has settled in the French Alps with his wife and two children, where he can ski (badly), hike (slowly) and motorcycle (cautiously) from his doorstep.
