I’m Rakesh Sahani, owner of Nimto Restaurant & Bar in Hurst, Texas. I started Nimto with the goal of bringing the flavors of Nepal and India to our local community. Our kitchen serves steamed and fried momos, flavorful curries, weekend thali plates, and a range of vegetarian options.

Beyond food, Nimto is a place for people to gather. We often host live music nights and welcome families, friends, and food lovers from across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
