Rakesh Sharma is the Managing Director of AG Group -A G Horizon Pvt Ltd, earlier known asAlert Golf Management Services.

An education-driven professional, Rakesh Sharma have over 25 years of industry experience in leading multi-sectoral consulting initiatives rooted in knowledge building, sustainability, and policy innovation. He has contributed significantly to the advancement of knowledge through impactful research, publications and policy advocacy. His body of work reflects a strong commitment to promoting education, inclusive growth and environment-conscious development.

His commitment to education is reflected in initiating and leading the numerous sector-specific publications, policy reports and government advisories encompassing tourism, water resources, sports and urban development. He actively promotes research-based planning, thought leadership, and capacity building initiatives through AG Horizon’s institutional projects and knowledge platforms while integrating digital learning solutions. His contribution to national discourse through blogs specific to Consulting industry on sustainable tourism, urban resilience, and education-linked development is acknowledged amongst clients.

Mr. Sharma is the architect of several initiatives that integrate traditional knowledge systems with modern skill-building, including structured programs for sports education, eco-tourism, rural entrepreneurship and sustainability. He facilitated MoUs between AG Horizon and multiple academic/research institutions to foster knowledge-based planning and professional development thus encouraging institutional collaboration.
