Randi Stroud-Avery

Born and raised in Emmett, Idaho, Randi is the daughter of Jim and Dixie Stroud. After graduating from Emmett High School in 1977, she began her work experience at Idaho First National Bank in Emmett, moving to their main office in Boise in 1980.

Randi was married the late David Avery in 1985. A change in career focus to Customer Service/Sales took her to a local food service distributor, General Food Ser-vice Supply (currently Sysco). In search of a change of scenery, Randi moved to Reno, Nevada in 1993 with some friends. She worked in a variety of fields includ-ing banking, insurance, human resources, and food ser-vice sales, before joining the field of Real Estate Profes-sionals at Coldwell Banker in the tiny hamlet of Dayton, Nevada. In her last year there, Randi achieved over 3 million in sales, and was named Silver Award member for her local office.

Randi has returned to Idaho after so many years to be closer to her family. Randi is the mother of two chil-dren, Lauryn and Joshua, both graduates of the Universi-ty of Nevada-Reno, and one granddaughter, Ella age 2 1/2. She enjoys hiking, camping, golfing, and gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
