It is good to like to create, but it is not enough, creativity must make you happy. Your experience is important, but not enough, you should be able to do tough decisions. Knowledge is very important, being able to apply it in reality is everything.
Being careful and rational is great, but even that is not enough, you need a rich culture. You have to understand what it is about, what the essence of business is, but you also have to understand human psychology. Creativity is the solution to a difficult task that seems like a perfect, fun ease.
