Rallie IV

LeAire Founder | Draped KingBorn in Palm Springs, California, Rallie IV and his parents made the transition to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1990. Rallie may say he’s originally from the West Coast, but Charlotte is his home. Raised in the Queen City since the age of 4, Rallie attended Charlotte Mecklenburg elementary and middle schools; eventually graduating from West Mecklenburg High School, before entering as a new freshman at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. A soccer enthusiast, lover of all things cars, and a keen eye for fashion, Rallie’s artistic creativity and love for the city that raised him have been his driving force for the establishment of his own small business, LeAire — a company that prides itself on being socially-conscious and community-centered.LeAire started out as a dream Rallie had as a 16-year old, originally of a shoe company, painting the picture in his mind, and on paper, of what the product would look like, what the name of the company would be, and even how the logo would be designed. Upon completing his Finance degree at UNC Charlotte in 2012, Rallie would finally begin making his dream a reality, enlisting the expertise of fellow 49er friends to help him embark on his journey to own and operate “the best clothing company ever”!However, as with all success stories, making his dream a reality did not come without a few speed bumps along the way; with some hardships dating back to his time as a high school student lacking the proper tools and adequate mentorship an aspiring entrepreneur needs to achieve success. Other struggles, like the economic devastation of 2006, even forced him to change the scope of his business from a shoe company to an apparel business. Nevertheless, Rallie set out to create a company that not only provided quality clothing, but a company whose mission is to give back to its community; with an emphasis on providing students who also lacked the resources they need to be successful in college, and beyond with monetary opportunity.Rallie’s passion lies with being able to help others in his own community have the opportunities he was not afforded in his youth, and ultimately, help those who are lacking to achieve their hopes and dreams also.
