Ralph Gleaton

I am the Managing Partner of Gleaton Wyatt Hewitt, a boutique business law firm in Greenville, South Carolina.

Our goal is to provide excellent, timely legal services to the entrepreneurial community in the Upstate, to grow slowly and organically by adding well-respected partner-level attorneys who share our vision or top shelf young attorneys who have a willingness to learn and share our entrepreneurial spirit.

We seek clients who are passionate about what they do and value a trusted adviser to help them achieve their dreams while complying with today's complex business legal environment. We try to act as our small business client's outside General Counsel, managing all of their professional legal needs, whether the work is performed by us or others, and coordinating their legal needs with their other professional advisers.

Because we cannot do it all, we seek strategic alliances with other high quality lawyers, accountants, financial planners, brokers, and consultants that we can refer our clients to with confidence, and who can refer clients to us with the same confidence.
