Based in Newark, New Jersey, Ralph Serpe has led Kemsco Construction and Equipment Company since 1982. He and his team offer a full range of utility contracting services and strive to develop and maintain longstanding relationships with clients. Ralph Serpe takes a hands-on approach to company management and ensures that even the most complex projects are completed within budget and according to schedule.

Mr. Serpe has also been engaged in the leadership of EIC Associates, Inc., which he helped establish in 1998. In this role he has directed marine and public works projects centered on New York City and neighboring areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Among the many projects undertaken were major infrastructure improvements centered on tunnels and bridges. The firm has also completed marine structures, waterfront construction, environmental remediation work, and the processing of dredge spoils.

An active golfer, he has been a member of the Essex Fells Country Club for more than two decades. He also plays at Spring Lake Golf Club near his Sea Girt summer home and enjoys the Pine Tree Golf Club as a winter destination in Florida.
