Ralph Byeris a graduate of The State University of New York at Stony Brook and obtained his Masters Degree from the University of South Florida. Ralph started as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1982. He is a qualified Portfolio Advisor who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their investment objectives by recommending individual, or any combination of, Merrill or approved third- party investment managers' strategies, funds or portfolios. Ralph's passion for his community is a trait that has followed him throughout his adolescence and adulthood. Located in Plantation, Florida, Ralph can remember being taught the importance of supporting his neighborhood at a very young age. After all, one’s community holds great power in shaping one’s values, personality, and general worldview. Therefore, Ralph has been quick to help those in his network, whether by helping spearhead a local project or putting forth financial resources to support individuals and organizations alike.

Now, Ralph Byer has focused his vision on several organizations he knows have made tremendous impacts on his community, including Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO), the Sherriff’s Foundation of Broward County, and the Darrell Gwynn Foundation.

Ralph Byer holds the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options close to his heart, not only providing ongoing financial support to JAFCO, but also cherishing the memories of having been a foster parent to two young boys placed in Mr. Byer’s home by this wonderful organization. JAFCO cares for abused and neglected children and those with disabilities. JAFCO holds strong to their belief that the care of children in the community is a responsibility of the community, and they accept with joy, pride, and love, their role as stewards of this critical job.
