Chief Medical Officer, Consultant, and Father
Ralph E. Cadet
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Ralph E. Cadet exists at the intersections most people never see: where medicine meets geopolitics, where wealth is built through foresight, and where influence is quiet but absolute. Grounded in medical training and shaped by global experience, he has built companies, dissolved them strategically, and walked away to build something greater.
Born and raised in Haiti, educated Haiti, The US and in France, tested in the remote highlands of Indonesia. Fluent across languages, cultures, and power structures. Once offered the Charles Rangel Fellowship to pursue international affairs at Howard University, Ralph declined, choosing a path less governed by institutions, more aligned with impact.
As Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Aurevia Health Group, Ralph leads alongside Dr. Ricardo Rosselló Nevares (former Governor of Puerto Rico, Chief Visionary Officer), Aaron Bare (author of Exponential Theory, former CIA strategist), and others. Together, they are redefining the architecture of longevity, human performance, and regenerative medicine: where advanced technology and ancient wisdom converge.
Before Aurevia, Ralph founded and led Global Transnational Development Corps, driving education and infrastructure initiatives across emerging markets. He created the Affluent Student League, a nonprofit teaching the psychology and mechanics of wealth to the next generation. He has been a professor at Miami Dade College, an entrepreneur (Pet Haven, Rent-A-Cadet), and a strategist who moves capital, ideas, and influence with equal precision.
An athlete (water polo, tennis, swimming). An avid reader. A patron of the arts. Ralph operates from a place of deep curiosity and quiet mastery: never rushed, always calculating. He does not chase trends. He studies patterns, builds infrastructure, and creates systems designed to endure.
Ralph E. Cadet does not explain himself. He simply acts, and the world adjusts accordingly.
