Ralph Caruso

Ralph Caruso is a powerhouse entrepreneur whose career spans more than five decades across multiple industries, including construction, franchising, automotive, real estate, and services. Starting from East Boston with a single construction company, he went on to found Caruso Construction, City Rentals, and Northgate Recycling, playing a pivotal role during Boston’s historic Big Dig. His ventures expanded into the food and beverage industry, where he became one of the world’s largest Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees. Ralph Caruso also owns Mercedes-Benz of Burlington, a nationally recognized dealership known for its performance and customer service. Despite his vast business empire, Ralph Caruso remains deeply grounded in his values of loyalty, perseverance, and family. He shares his success with his wife Andrea and their three children, Chris, Catrina, and Enzo.
