Ralph Eubanks

Graduated from Beaufort High School in 1956. Moved to Virginia where I went to work with C&P Telephone Co.

I worked there as a Lineman & Cable Splicer. I worked as a craft employee until I was promoted to Management as a Splicing

Supervisor in Portsmouth, Va.

I moved from that position in 1972 to start a new Training Center in Norfolk for the Eastern District of Va. I helped another person to set up the location in Norfolk. I wrote the training material and had them submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. After writing and training for 2 years I asked and was given a transfer to Sothern Bell in the Asheville, N.C. Dist. as a Construction Supvr. in Asheville. I worked there until Dec. of that year and was promoted to a staff position on the District Staff. I stayed there until Feb. of

1975 and was promoted to a position as Plant Mgr. of Hendersonville, N.C.
