Ralph Pierce

I am Ralph Pierce. I am Residential Construction Manager, also called construction superintendents, project managers or general contractors. I organize, budget and supervise the building of homes. I do not typically take part in the actual construction work themselves. I usually work from an office, but may periodically work on site. My job duties include hiring and managing employees, scheduling projects, monitoring construction progress, securing permits and budgeting site finances. I also track work quality, ensure safe work conditions and make sure contractors are paid on time.
