I am an experienced Learning and Development business partner, coach and facilitator currently living in Leeds, United Kingdom.

As an L&D specialist, I look after the full spectrum of learning processes within an organisation. Broadly this covers the learning strategy aligned to the business strategy, learning needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation and managing third party and vendor relationships - all with the end goal of maximising performance.

I bring with me 1500+ hours of training delivery experience - inductions, management development, systems training, soft skills, team effectiveness workshops, coaching and more - helping me work as as a credible expert and trusted partner to my clients.

Most recently, I spoke at the Leeds Digital Fair in April 2018 on the topic 'Conflict in Agile Teams'.
