Being a third-generation Singaporean Indian and living in Adelaide, I have learned to embrace the diverse food culture I have been exposed to. Especially living away from home has made me try and re-create meals that are close to my heart. Whilst I share my knowledge on Asian cuisine, I also experiment with old classics .
