With over 13 years of experience as an Independent Director, I focus on strategic governance, leadership development, and talent management. I also focus on CEO mentoring and Risk Governance with a special emphasis on Neuroscience based Coaching. As a Board Member at Konkan Speciality Polyproducts and William Penn Pvt Ltd., I bring expertise in executive coaching, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, to help organisations strengthen leadership frameworks and pipelines and foster sustainable growth. I have over 15 years spanning manufacturing, Retail and Indian large conglomerates. I have also coached over 50 C Suite executives and advised more than 10 start-ups.
Through Veercee Associates, I specialise in neuroscience-based executive coaching and the design of assessment and development centres. I also provide business consulting to small and medium enterprises, serving as an advisor to their boards. My goal is to facilitate environments where leaders and organisations can thrive while combining practical business wisdom with a commitment to professional development.
As an erstwhile member of the Murugappa Corporate Board ( MCB ), updated and refreshed the Corporate Board document outlining s to how the MCB, a professional Board, interacts with the Family Board as envisaged in the Family Constitution. Also carried out the Board Self-Evaluation exercise for the MCB through a 360 degree tool deployment to only the Directors on MCB.
