Ever since I was a kid, I have always had this unquenchable thirst for trying new things and exploring. I enjoyed trying new food, travelling to new places and listening to foreign music. As a result, I am currently residing in Bremen, Germany, after having been raised for 18 years in my home land, Jordan.

I major in Industrial Engineering and Management, a domain of engineering that is not as technical, yet requires an in depth interdisciplinary understanding of how to coordinate numerous logistical factors simultaneously. Being in Germany, the manufacturing and Industrial capital of Europe, has hugely influenced my interest in this domain. I was captivated by the technologies and sheer volume of goods produced during my first visit to an on-site production facility. This further motivated me to immerse myself into the wonders of logistics, supply chains, and optimization.

What fascinates me is the lack of recognition this vast domain of engineering receives in comparison to its counterparts, especially when taking into consideration its vitality to the economic cycle. This is exactly why I have decided to personally pursue a career in Industrial Engineering, as I believe the future is for Logistics.
