PhD in Environmental Sciences for the Centro de Ciencia de Desarrollo Regional (CCDR) of the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero (UAGro), with the research lines of coastal climate adaptation and evaluation of public policies, as an Academic I have promoted socio-environmental research to respond to climate deterioration.
Environmental Engineer by the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP), I was Operational Manager of the environmental services firm Grupo Asesores Ecoprogramados (GAE), as well as Professor at the Universidad Loyola del Pacífico (ULP), as an environment specialist I have managed environmental impact assessments and audits (public and private), risk management plans, and application of clean technologies.
As an activist, I have represented the interests of my community in environmental matters (protection, conservation) and development (urban, economic, social). Founding member of the Consejo Municipal Ciudadano de Acapulco de Juárez (CMCAJ), an auxiliary body that represents the interests of the community in matters of urban development, as well as the non-governmental organization Protección Ecológica Subacuática AC (PESAC), among others.
