Here’s a little bit about myself and my business background: I am a virtual assistant based out of Lahore, Pakistan. I have been in VA business for over 7 years, 2 years managing a business and being an instrumental part of their growth. I started as a data entry employee but as the business grew my responsibilities grew with it. My duties involved everything: from taking care of employees to making sure all processes were running smoothly, client communication, and business development. My innate ability to multitask, seamlessly navigate the teams, and learn new programs made me a powerhouse and the go-to person for the business and I was promoted to Operations Manager. Over the years I learned a lot from small business owners trying to run their businesses. I came to the conclusion that the biggest block small business owners run into is lack of time. Let’s face it, there are just not enough hours in a day to do everything necessary to run a business doing what you love while also trying to get the necessary daily tasks up to date and have time to create future growth. My job is to help businesses grow and take care of the tasks that are weighing down the owners. I want to see you succeed and be happy and excited doing what you love. I now take my skills and love of my work to help small businesses, title companies, and self-employed entrepreneurs to help them gain greater success and have more time to work on their business. Some of the many skills I have acquired are communicating with clients (client success expert), managing emails and campaigns, social media management and design, customer service, and more. But it doesn’t stop there, I’ll gladly take on any tasks you have, from the smallest to the most time-consuming. I’m always excited to learn new stuff and create new ways for businesses to thrive and entrepreneurs to relax and not worry about tasks that take up their time.
