Ramiz Bajwa

Ramiz Bajwa owns and operates Poke Bar, overseeing all elements of the San Francisco restaurant's long-term and day-to-day activities. He has increased sales by 10 percent over a three-month period through inventory expansion and cost-cutting. Additionally, he handled discrepancies in the restaurant's financial reporting. Prior to his work with Poke Bar, Ramiz Bajwa managed Chutney Restaurant, also in San Francisco, where he secured long-term accounts, reduced the restaurant's staff turnover, addressed regulation-compliance issues, and brought down costs by negotiating better terms for the restaurant's lease. He also has a background in medicine, having completed a bachelor degree in the field at the All Saints University School of Medicine on the Caribbean island of Dominica.
