Ramón Morales-Balcázar

I was born in Santiago, Chile, and for the last 7 years I've been living in the Region of Valparaiso.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from de University of Valparaiso, and after 2.5 years working in this area in my country, I came to France to get a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages-International Trade English-Portuguese at the University La Sorbonne, Paris.

I'm interested on focusing my career on the international cooperation sector, specially between Latin American countries, and also with the rest of the world. I believe in the sustainable developement, the faire trade principles and in the urgent revision of the current economic and financial system to achieve real development at a global scale.

I love Paris, this is an amazing city. However, I can't stop missing the city where I live, Valparaiso, so - and since I'm an amateur photographer, I chose a picture taken from my old window a few months ago to put in my background, so if you find this page for some reason you will know a little bit of this beautiful and unique place which is "Valpo".
