Hi, I'm Ramona Gabriela Abo, a holistic wellness entrepreneur, independent business owner and content creator based in Cheshire, UK.

True wellness isn't just about what you eat or how you move. It's about how you think, how you earn and how you feel from the inside out. Everything I do is built around four pillars: Body, Mind, Financial Freedom and Soul & Spirit.

With 15+ years in direct selling and a Master's in Economics, I've lived this journey: the wins, the setbacks, the moments friends and family laughed and said no. I'm still here, still building, still growing.

I run an independent Amway business and a property rental business, and I'm a carer and McKenzie friend for my family. I create content to help people make informed, confident choices about their health, income and lives.

This isn't about selling you something. It's about showing you what's possible when you treat your whole life as a wellness project.
