What is a Degree if you don't have the skills, I think a good skills matters most but it is a fact that it would be best if you have it both. I regret that I did not decide to finish college but my skills gives me confidentstill that is why I'm fearless when facing a challenging job or task. Although I didn't have a diploma, but I still think that I'm not a good example for a student and employee after all, and I am glad for what I have reached. Right now I work as a senior Programmer/Analyst/Cosultant, a Team Leader and the biggest contributor in temrs of projetcs and income of our Company. Maybe it's not bad to be like what I am.
