Ramón Alberto Ordoñez Lagos

I am a honduran professor and researcher at UNAH in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
I got my PhD at UPV in Valencia, Spain.

As a chemical engineer and food scientist, I am currently working on the development of biodegradable active packaging materials for food applications.

I also work as private consultant and scientific communicator at Científicos de Bar.

My interests are food science, process engineering and innovation.
