His successful career includes being president of a university and several international positions working on cross-cultural affairs and public-private development projects for entities such as UN, USAID and DFID in USA, Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Mexico and Colombia amongst others.

He created the Peace Institute to support the basic needs of citizens, providing training and successful readjustment into society; collaborated with 3 Nobel Prize winners to support the peace talks between the Colombian government and the revolutionary groups.

Earned global recognition from USA and UK Governments for successful endeavors in creating a valuable institution aimed to house emerging trends and innovations in education to support its students.
