We have all seen what mobile phones have done to transform so many lives previously disconnected from the great changes that are shifting the ground beneath our feet, across the world. Who knows how the Internet, starting with email, will transform these lives?

What excites me most is the conversion of great ideas into tangible action - this process is at the heart of all things that gives me joy.
