Mr. Ramzy Fakhoury serves as the Managing Partner of RS Medical Billing in Wilbraham, MA. As such, he has had to interact with state and federal agencies, liability coverage providers, health insurers and attorneys on behalf of the company’s clients. Thanks to his legal background, Ramzy has been able to ensure adherence to regulations as set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Ramzy has collaborated with the graduate students at the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts to rebrand the business with a new website, new logo and new materials for marketing.
