My learning from ISB as an academic/research associate has immensely aided me to be an expert in various areas of expertise - a Learning Consultant, Trainer, and Research Associate combined made me expert at strategic decisions, Teams, People & change management in organizations.keeping in mind my management experiences and world-class learning from the Indian School of Business (ISB), adding to the education from the National Institute of Technology –Warangal. I can help the organization revamp its process if needed with my expertise and my background, which is a good match for strategy and Observational behavior.

The impact of learning the human resources team as well as human organizational capital is my strengths, which is understanding, and grading around 900 students over their skills expertise, the need, and passion by assisting world-class management professors/foreign faculty in ISB. My courses, as mentioned earlier in strategy and leadership courses, have helped me learn about the corporate sector and the various emerging markets. I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will use in my future career, and I could channelize them further to accommodate it in your organization. I also have worked extensively in building appropriate reports, lessons learned presentations for senior management, clients, partners, and other collaborators.

I have my training modules from my learnings from ISB as well as my learnings from NIT, which can increase cohesiveness as well as team dynamics – teaching modules and activities vary based on industry and employee strength.

I have keen on-the-ground experience and understand the local context, challenges, and operations. During my work, I have developed strong management skills, particularly project management skills, operations management & people management. During my career, I have regularly recognized for my ability to build successful inter-departmental relationships, motivate teams, and manage diverse interests.
