RANDA ABADER
program Manager in Toronto, Canada
I’m a Toronto‑based program manager currently serving as Manager of Partnerships and Granting at the Rideau Hall Foundation. In this role, I support strategic grantmaking and partner engagement for the Indigenous Teacher Education Initiative, which advances recruitment, retention, and systems‑level change for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis K-12 educators across Canada.
I bring over seven years of global experience in the humanitarian sector, with a professional background in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation, often within complex and resource‑constrained environments. My work across development and crisis‑response contexts has shaped my work approach which is grounded in centering community voices, impact‑driven collaboration, and creativity.
I’m also currently pursuing a Master of Evaluation at the University of Melbourne, where I’m deepening my practice in impact evaluation to support evidence‑based program design and informed decision‑making.
