Randall Otto

Father, Teacher, and Writer in Coatesville, Pennsylvania

I am an evangelical and Reformed theologian, Presbyterian Church (USA) minister, and teacher of online courses in religion, philosophy, history and other humanities. I've been teaching online since 2003 and am familiar with all major online learning platforms. I have a passion for learning and sharing that with others and appreciate the opportunities afforded by online education of connecting with people from all over the world to learn and share together. If you are looking for someone to facilitate courses online in the humanities, please let me know, as I'm regularly seeking to add more colleges and courses to my portfolio. In all of the online instruction I do, I make myself fully accessible to my students and return written work with extensive input and rationale for grading almost immediately, usually within 24 hours. My students have expressed their appreciation for the depth of my involvement in class discussion and for my responsiveness in grading their work and in fielding their questions.

How we think and what we think about influences every aspect of our lives. My desire is to love God with all that I am and to love others as myself. I want to help others become all they can be!

I've been married to my wife Nancy since 1986. We have a beautiful adult daughter in college. We love to travel, particularly out West, as well as to Europe. We also have a musical focus in our family. I love classical music, especially the Baroque period, and jazz guitar. I myself play classical guitar. I also play tennis and bike ride in warmer weather and cross-country and downhill ski when there is snow. Our Samoyed dog and I go for at least one good walk every day, preferably more!

I enjoy life and want to live in the experience of God's presence each day as I await the day when I will see what I've hitherto known by faith. "Rejoice in the Lord always!" (Phil. 4:4).
