Randall Blair

I specialize in helping organizations fill people’s unmet needs by taking a human-centered approach in analyzing behavior, understanding needs and designing useful and usable product and service offerings. I work with organizations and their consumers in a collaborative way so that we might gain a deep understanding as to what can be done to improve experience and enrich lives.

I received my BA from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and an MA in Interaction Design from the University of Kansas. I have experience leading interdisciplinary design teams and have special interest in design for service, and exploring design research and visualization methods.
