Randall Fincke

As president of Advent Medical Products, Randall Fincke has continued to be recognized as an innovative leader in developing high-tech and innovative medical equipment and solutions. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire mechanical engineering program and Tufts University school of design engineering, Randall Fincke has obtained multiple patents for life-saving devices used by medical professionals in hospitals, emergency medical services, the military, and in corporate and public settings. Fincke’s work in defibrillator development began at Zoll Medical where he presided over the development of PD1200, PD1400, and PD1600 models. He later delved into entrepreneurship by founding Cadent Medical where he developed a wearable defibrillator that only weighed one pound, which was successfully sold for over $20 million. Later his endeavors led to some innovative industry-leading products noted for their high quality, which were granted CE Mark and FDA approval. Randall Fincke has continued developing and marketing products as founder and president of Advent Medical Products. He has developed advanced services that feature specific technologies with direct applications for medical professionals, emergency medical services, corporate settings, and the military and government. One other important area in which Fincke has focused is the integration of the latest technology with specific software designs to meet the growing demands for more functions required for better patient care delivery, and the integration of patient services; in order to deliver better decision making, safer and more cost effective procedures as well as improved and efficient clinical care.
