Randall Haimovici has worked with Uber Technologies since 2016 and serves as a director on the litigation team, a department he helped establish. During this time, Randall Haimovici has led the division’s growth to 15 team members, alongside overseeing multiple cases involving data breach claims and advertising fraud and handling regulatory matters.
He has also developed and maintained relations with external legal teams in the United States and abroad. Working with these groups, Mr. Haimovici has negotiated value and outcome-based agreements to manage the company’s third-party legal budget. In addition, he has created and implemented a national legal advice initiative for the company’s drivers.
Alongside his legal career, Randall Haimovici is a military veteran who served in the California Army National Guard for seven years. During this time, he participated in Operation Desert Storm, during which he earned an Army Commendation Medal.
Following this, Mr. Haimovici attended the University of California at Davis, where he obtained a bachelor of arts in history. He graduated magna cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2000.
