Rand Currier
Senior Vice President of Operations in Quincy, Massachusetts
A graduate of American University with a master of business administration, Rand Currier leads Granite Telecommunications, LLC as COO and senior vice president of operations. Rand Currier came to this role having worked for Sprint and other major telecommunications carriers, where he managed sales and operational personnel.
Having cofounded Granite Telecommunications in 2002, Mr. Currier has grown the company considerably, leading to its inclusion on Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies for 10 straight years. Under his leadership, the company was ranked the top wireless supplier in the United States by the Center for Telecom Environment Management Standards in 2012.
Rand Currier has also led the company to earn recognition by Boston Business Journal as a Top Corporate Charitable Contributor for seven consecutive years. He participates in the company’s annual fundraising events for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; Granite Day and Saving by Shaving. On April 13, 2017, with Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker participating for a third year in a row, Granite contributed $5 million to Dana-Farber after 1,000 employees, their friends and family members got a buzz cut or donated their hair to Locks of Love.
