Randes Enes has 29 years of experience, his last executive position being Director of Marketing & Innovation. He has been professor at FGV and Ibmec for 16 years, he also carries out his professional activities in executive coaching and mentoring and consulting in business management related to organizational changes, people management, organizational communication and an approach with an emphasis on excellence in customer service.

He is a PhD candidate in Health Psychology (Metodista/SP); Master in Total Quality Management Systems (UFF/RJ), 03 MBAs, being in Organizations and Strategy (UFF/RJ); Business and Project Management (ISCTE/Lisbon); and Retail Marketing (FGV).

He has international certification in coaching by the PBC Institute (Project Based Coaching) and HWAW (His Way at Work), member of the ICF Global (International Coaching Federation), and ABPMP (Association of Business Process Management Professionals).
