A mental health professional for more than 20 years, Randi Wortman Ph.D. is an experienced psychotherapist specializing in a variety of disorders, including attention deficit disorders, eating disorders, mood disorders, and depression. With a strong background in clinical psychology, Randi Wortman Ph.D. is a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology, where she earned both a master of arts and a doctor of philosophy.
Randi Wortman Ph.D. is the chief clinician and owner of Positive Resolutions, a mental health center she founded in 1995. In addition to treating more common mental disorders such as depression and anxiety, Dr. Wortman's clinic handles issues involving parenting, divorce, and family matters, as well as body image.
Along with her own practice, Dr. Wortman currently serves other mental health facilities such as the University of Maryland's College Park Campus Counseling Center and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services. In her free time, she enjoys patronizing the performance arts, and supports the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
